What is StallSync?

StallSync is an intelligent platform that takes the hassle out of organising and finding events. We automate the tedious parts of event management and stall booking, letting you focus on what matters most - running successful events and growing your craft business.

But what will it do?

Good question! StallSync is a new way to manage the back-end work of your business, but what will that mean? It's not ready yet, we're working hard to make it all happen before the end of 2025. Here's what to expect when we launch:

Intelligent Availability Matching

For Event Hosts - Spend time talking to the right stallholders. Our matching platform considers the availability, travel distance, and your event requirements, bringing you only the stallholders that suit your events criteria.

For Stallholders - Input your availability into the platform for the upcoming time period so there are no more conflicts. Get notified about any events that suit your parameters. Reach out to the event hosts that are right for you.

Location-Based Smart Search

For Event Hosts - Need local makers or the best craftspeople from across the country? Set the distance parameters that best suit your event and get location based matches.

For Stallholders - Don't get notified or matched for an event 100 miles away - unless you want to! Set your travel radius, get notified of events within your area.

Requirements-Based Filtering

For Event Hosts - Hosting an outdoor event? Don't have access to power? Do stallholders need to bring their own table? Must they have Public Liability Insurance? Through our requirements-based filtering, only view the stallholders that meet your specifications.

For Stallholders - Include the nitty-gritty in your profile and stop having the same conversations with every event host. Yes, you can bring your own table, you own a gazebo and you don't require power. Answer these kinds of questions ONCE, and future event hosts will know.

One-Click Document Sharing

For Event Hosts - No more chasing up individual documents from each Stallholder. Access insurance certificates, risk assessments, and food hygiene certificates all in one place. Send out individually tailored information packs and contracts to all your stallholders at once.

For Stallholders - Upload your documents once and share them with any event host at the click of a button. No more searching through endless email chains or repeatedly sending the same documents. Get reminders when your documents are due for renewal.

Detailed Profile Management

For Event Hosts - Our system asks a lot of questions about your event, but only once. We then use this information to populate every event you host in the future. No more filling in the same information for each event.

For Stallholders - Approach event hosts with a detailed profile, including your availability, requirements, and any other information you want to share. Focus on the important stuff, and let StallSync handle the rest.

Smart Form Generation and Signatures

For Event Hosts - Create event contracts and event information packs with the click of a button, send in bulk to all your stallholders. All your stallholder information for your event is stored in one place, easy to access and review.

For Stallholders - No more downloading PDFs, filling them in by hand, scanning, and emailing back. Complete and sign your forms digitally, and they're automatically shared with the event host.

Earn While Growing

For Event Hosts - Help grow the StallSync community and earn rewards. Share your invitation code with others to unlock premium features and build your status. The more active your referrals become, the more benefits you unlock.

For Stallholders - Share StallSync with other vendors and craft professionals to earn premium membership time. Each successful referral helps build your vendor profile while unlocking platform benefits. Help grow your local craft community while enhancing your own visibility.

StallSync will be a freemium platform, which means much of StallSync will always be free for event hosts and stallholders. We don't want anyone to miss out on StallSync due to price. We'll be offering a premium tier with more features for event hosts and stallholders who want to unlock more benefits.
